Reset BIOS Password without taking out CMOS battery

If you have Fujitsu Lifebook Series, you can reset your bios password without ever removing your CMOS Battery. Follow the following steps. Note: These instructions are provided only for information. I do not bear any kind of liability whatsoever caused by following the steps below.

  1. Power on your laptop and press F2 to get to the BIOS screen.

  2. Enter the following passwords successively three times: (This is for the laptop with QWERTY or QWERTZ keyboards). Do not worry if you see invalid password screen.

  • 1st try: 3hqgo3 and press enter
  • 2nd try: jqw534 and press enter
  • 3rd try: 0qww294e and press enter
  1. You will see "System Disabled" screen with a code below. in form of [203c-d001-xxx-xxx ...].

  2. Go to bios-pw.org and enter your code there.

  3. You will get a password. Restart your laptop and enter the password you received from the website.

Note: for AZERTY keyboards, try these three passwords. 3hago3, jaz534, 0azz294e.
